We are currently seeking part time Front Desk Agents for our family owned and operated Hotel. Responsibilities and requirements include:

- Greeting, communicating and accommodating all hotel guests with the highest customer service standard;
- Guest reservations;
Position requirements include:

- Must be bilingual;
- Hiring position includes Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, and Statutory holidays. Must be available to work flexible hours. Possible fluctuation of working days. Possible consideration for additional scheduling hours;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong customer and guest service skills in a fast paced environment;
- Experience with computers, Windows and Microsoft programs and hotel software;
- Ability to work part of a team or individually;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
Work conditions and physical capabilities:

- Must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift;
- Repetative tasks;
- Working in a fast paces environment with tight deadlines;
- Multi taskings;
- Previous hotel experience an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: From $19.25 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
