**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the VP, Marketing in establishing and executing a marketing strategy and plan for new business development and digital positioning.
- Accountable for SEM/SEO/Website initiatives to drive engagement, downloads, and leads that deliver on marketing and sales goals.
- Conduct various market research to build consumer profiles and identify channels and strategies used and needed to reach ideal targets and achieve our business objectives.
- Coordinate all aspects of managing leads from multiple sources including external web sites, sales representatives, growth campaigns, social, inbound inquiries, events, and sponsorships.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand the sales process and successfully implement lead scoring and lead distribution processes.
- Develop and launch a range of responsive SEO optimized website pages (wordpress) to generate new leads and improve Impact XM’s domain authority.

**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**:
**Education and/or Experience**

Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year College or university; and 3-5+ years’ marketing experience.

WordPress experience, including landing page build-out

Experience in SEM and display advertising

Experience in SEO

Experience with Google Anayltics, including UTM campaigns

Superior organization skills, precise and meticulous/high attention to detail; excellent follow-up skills are required.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals internally and externally.

Proactive and self-motivated; taking ownership of meeting and striving to exceed his/her commitments.

Exhibits the ability to multi-task, must be versatile and thrive under severe time constraints and immovable deadlines; works well under pressure.

A team player with a great sense of humor and positive attitude; thoughtful and conscientious. Embodies flexibility, open-mindedness, and receptivity; forward thinking with the desire to learn and grow.
