Then, we work closely with their leadership teams to create actionable, memorable, and powerful messaging. Our focus is on brand strategy, PR and communications, digital engagement, events and enhancing customer experience.

As a Content Coordinator, you will assist our Client Lead Team with writing and editing all internal and external communications materials. This could include strategic documents, marketing and sales tools, social media content, blogs, press releases, web copy, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

- Producing and managing tailored content for Silver Lining and its clients across all channels, including print, web and digital.
- Writing and editing various types of content, from social media captions to strategic documents.
- Conducting market research and monitoring and reporting on content updates and campaigns.
- Working with client leads to help navigate client deadlines and organize deliverables.
- Assisting with packaging and creating PowerPoint presentations, sales and marketing materials, and other key deliverables.
- Completing other tasks as required.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature/Humanities
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, writing and editing skills
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adhere to timelines
- Experience working collaboratively in a creative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Content Management Systems is an asset
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is an asset

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON L6K 1G1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
