**Job Summary**
- The Marketing Coordinator participates in the management of projects and activities for the marketing department and its key stakeholders.
- Work with marketing team managers to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks. Assist in design, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- Uses specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, digital and social) to launch and position products and services in a sector.
- Facilitate the implementation of marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Assist marketing segment manager in the development and execution of all marketing and advertising strategies
- Develop a strong collaborative relationship with sales. Aligning sales and marketing goals with those of the organization as a whole
- Ensure in-depth understanding of end-customer needs within the segments served
- Manage key milestones in the development and updating of marketing assets and management of the marketing budget
- Develop and maintain advertising plan and media schedule. Build relationship with trade publications and look for opportunities for additional exposure
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice and brand message
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Work with the graphic design team to deliver content that meets brand guidelines
- Coordinates with product managers to create or edit product literature and digital content
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs
- Utilize CRM system to ensure marketing campaigns are targeted to specific market segments and CRM database is updated to reflect the campaigns the contact has been included in
- Prepare content that may be deployed in our Learning Management System (LMS)
- In addition to working closely with the marketing team and all the above project types, you will be leading/assisting in a variety of other tasks as required

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in B2B or B2C marketing and or brand marketing
- Project management experience an asset
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Able to deal with complexity and uncertainty
- Proactive and diligent - sees challenges as opportunities and translates them into actionable items
- Proficient in English (verbal and written); French (verbal and written) is an asset
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems an asset
