**Job Purpose**
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining all digital platforms, and marketing materials for the Dealership. This role aligns with 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
**Core Accountabilities**
**Digital Platform**:
- Monitor, maintain and report on all digital platforms, including the corporate website and digital campaign performance.
- Maintain and update dealership website, on a daily basis.
- Monitor SEM/SEO activities.
- Manage and respond to Google and other review programs.
- Build, maintain and engage social media posts.
- Build creative graphics for various digital platforms.
- Review and maintain Google and Social analytics for dealership branding.
- Ensure all digital Marketing is consistent with AWIN marketing strategy and aligns with their brand guidelines.
**Customer Relationship Marketing**
- Monitor CRM platforms to ensure all customer touch points are relevant.
- Build communication templates to complement all department marketing campaigns.
- Monitor inventory to ensure integration from our CRM to various providers is accurate.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years of direct work experience in a marketing capacity.
- Understanding and expertise in brand building and brand management, and social media savvy.
- Direct experience with graphic design, webpage building and marketing-related software tools.
- Knowledge of ethical marketing best practices and associated regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, and SEM initiatives, pay-per-click advertising, and other Web-focused initiatives.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business partners, including retailers, wholesalers, and resellers.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits and other events.
- High level of proficiency with dealership software (CDK or Reynolds, 180) is an asset.
- High level of proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset.
