**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process **accounts payable** transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle **payroll** processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Perform **para-legal tasks**, such as assisting with legal documentation and correspondence.
- Sort, organize, and maintain physical and digital documents.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **accounts payable**, **payroll**, or a similar financial role.
- Familiarity with **para-legal** tasks or legal documentation is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
