Position: Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, payroll support, and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Provide insights to management on revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • SAP Management: Oversee financial operations within SAP. Ensure correct system setup, data integrity, transaction accuracy, and reporting efficiency. Recommend and implement system improvements.
  • Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, improve internal controls, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff. Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the finance team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and management teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using SAP Business One.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounting processes and large volumes of financial data.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; SAP Business One expertise is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
