While this will be a hybrid role, due to the nature of projects assumed by the Office Manager, there will be times that the office Manager will be expected to attend at the office 5 days a week.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Office Administration**: Supervise and coordinate all administrative activities, including but not limited to reception, mail handling, supply management, and facility maintenance. Ensure that office procedures are followed and that resources are utilized effectively.
2. **Team Support**: Provide administrative support to Client Services and staff as needed, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents. Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries and facilitate communication within the office. Perform intake duties as required.
3. **People and Culture**: Assist with human resources functions such as new hire onboarding, foster a positive workplace environment, and coordinate staff events and meetings. Manage with and organize special occasions and one-on-one meetings.
4. **Financial Management**: Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking. Work closely with the accounting team or external financial professionals to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
5. **Vendor Relations**: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including office supplies, maintenance contractors, and IT support. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership roles, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, clients, and external partners.
- Familiarity with Law Pay and QuickBooks is a strong asset.
- Leadership qualities, including integrity, reliability, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
