We are looking for someone with a great attitude, who is responsible, dependable with excellent computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist our Office Manager. **Job description**
**You will be assisting our Office Administration Manager in our very busy Accounting and Tax office, by supporting the Office Admin Manager, tax preparers and the partner.**There is a constant flow of consulting and tax projects which will require your attention at various points in their lifecycle. This offers the opportunity to work on a lot of different things, giving variety to your day, but at the same time, your tasks will be structured.
The job is very process and system oriented with a focus on **ensuring that all files continue to move forward at all times..**
The majority of work is within our cloud-based software, but we still have a regular flow of paper projects coming to the office.
There are times when the office can be a very fast-paced environment. The ability to organize and pay attention to detail is a must.

This is a full-time position with hours ranging from 30-40 hours per week.
**Duties include**:
- Working with our process management software to keep project status’ current
- Basic system administration
- Filing of documents with the CRA
- Uploading documents to clients for signature
- Tracking of received documents
- Tax filing scanning
- Working on a variety of work
- Special projects as assigned
- Reception/call answering
**Necessary Skills**:
- Excellent computer/technology skills in general
- Must be experienced in working in Microsoft 365 and Excel
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must have strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to multitask.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be well organized and deadline oriented and have a professional attitude.
- Must have your car as public transportation is difficult to Uxbridge.
