Administrative Assistant/receptionist

We are looking for a high energy, well organized individual who has a passion for customer service to join our team on a part time permanent bases to start (excellent potential for additional hours or even a full time role)
*Comfortable with Reception duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, answering questions etc.
*Office experience considered an asset
*Strong written and verbal communication
*Proficient in Microsoft Programs
*Ability to use various items of technology to complete tasks (ie: laptop/Microsoft, tablet (android/apple), digital camera
*Experienced with Social Media Platforms (from a business perspective an asset)
*Ability to Multitask and maintain a high degree of accuracy
*Strong attention to detail
*Able to work Days/Evenings/Weekends as needed
*A driver's license is required as we operate multiple locations (Kincardine, Port Elgin, Southampton* coming soon)
*Can work independently or within a team
*Point of Sale experience an asset
*Proactive problem solver and able to deal with concerns or complaints
As an administration assistant/reception member of our team you will have an hourly rate of pay and opportunities to earn additional bonuses. You will also receive a generous discount on all services provided.
Your role will involve working closely with our Administration team to effectively manage day to day requirements. Daily duties will be based on location need/demand and operational requirements making flexibility a key to success in this role. Full on-the-job training will be provided. Start Date for this position is TBD.
