**Your Opportunity**

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Administrative Assistant** **in Kincardine Ontario, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base** **Business Unit. Under general supervision, provides a variety of secretarial and administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Assignments are non-routine in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity. Exercises some discretion and independent judgment and can analyze complex requests. Duties may involve access to confidential information.
- Assists managers with daily general office work, answering phones, coordination of employees, etc.
- Creates and edits advanced documents incorporating technical vocabulary, data, graphs, and tables.
- Enters time and per diem into SAP or Cost Point, performs financial tracking, enters and reconciles expense reports.
- Works with Project Manager to meet the needs of the project
- Interfaces with customers, management, crew, and vendors and will need excellent communication skills
- Adapts procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position.
- Performs project related activities coordinating badging, training, and documents pertaining to these activities
- Maintains training log, project files, customer files, and man hour tracking.
- Makes travel arrangements, schedules meetings, and prepares presentation materials.
- Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of administrative problems and issues.
- Anticipates and/or identify needs and issues within the organization and proactively initiates or facilitates solutions
