**Creditor Rights Specialist (Level II)**

As the Creditor Rights Specialist you are responsible for all collection procedures and vetting files for litigation by the Paralegal and making recommendation for litigation.
- 3 Years of collection experience or greater is a must
- Ability to skip and trace debtors
- Ability to be an out of the box thinker and have creative solutions
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work alone
- Must also be able to take direction when needed, and work well in a team like environment
- A class P1 License would be an asset, but is not necessary.

**Salary**: $33,600.00-$100,000.00 per year
