You will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing proposals to secure new projects and clients. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. You will also support our marketing team by creating engaging and effective marketing content.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, write, and edit proposals and other marketing materialsCollaborate with technical teams to gather information and create compelling proposal contentManage the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely submissionEnsure compliance with client requirements and company standardsCoordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and approvalsMaintain a proposal database and track proposal statusesReview and revise proposal documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistencyAssist in the creation of presentation materials for client meetingsMonitor and report on proposal success rates and identify areas for improvementWrite and edit marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media postsDevelop content for marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote CFA’s services and achievementsSupport other business development and marketing activities as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProven experience in proposal writing and coordination, preferably in the engineering or construction industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Attention to detail and high standards of accuracyAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience in marketing writing and content creationFamiliarity with proposal management software is a plusHow to ApplyReady to join us?
