Are you bright and innovative? A team player with a can-do attitude? Then SCI Lease Corp could be the right place for you. We would love to have you join our SCI Lease Corp team as a Bilingual Funding Analyst as we expand our growing number of automotive manufacturers and dealer network.
You will be responsible for researching and analyzing credit risks, assessing credit history, and reviewing the credit of potential customers. You will also be responsible to audit and validate all lease contract packages received from dealerships, ensuring documentation is compliant with SCI Lease Corp policies and procedures, and submitting requests for funding of all lease transactions. There will also be contact with other company departments, as well as with automobile dealers, insurance companies/brokers, and other finance and credit sources.
LIFE AS A BILINGUAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
- Review and understand credit bureau information to assist with the credit analytics and to help determine affordability and risk
- Review and verify income from various sources such as pay stubs, notice of assessments and financial statements
- Review commercial credit files, credit bureaus and financial statements
- Communicate with dealers and internal departments regarding accounts pending credit approval
- Audit lease packages received to ensure all documentation requirements have been met according to policies and procedures
- Ensure financials are accurate on the leases and follows the lease program’s parameters
- Liaise with dealers and sales in the follow up of required documentation
- Provide support to dealers for various lease inquiries, including assisting with the structuring of deals
- Process a lien registration on each lease received to secure the company’s interest in the vehicle and priority over other creditors
- Authorize the payment to the dealer on a file that has met all requirements
- Process the booking file and enter any additional required information

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Must be bilingual (English and French - both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of standard Microsoft office software
- Experience in the leasing/automotive or asset-based financing industry is an asset
- Direct lending experience, automotive preferred
- College diploma or university degree and/or applicable work experience
