We are looking for our first Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to the create exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on nurturing leads as a key revenue driver for our digital real estate platform

Please note, the Wahi team is a truly Hybrid team, we are in the office (Spadina and Adelaide two days each week).

**What you will do in this role**:

- ** Automation Architect**:Implement and optimize cross-channel marketing automation workflows, ensuring a cohesive and personalized journey for users, from initial interest to transaction completion.
- ** Collaboration Extraordinaire**: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maintain consistent and personalized messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in multi-channel marketing to continually innovate and refine customer lifecycle strategies.
- Ensure compliance with real estate, privacy and anti-spam regulations, staying current with changes in legislation impacting the digital real estate industry and lifecycle marketing practices.
- Assist in miscellaneous marketing projects, initiatives, or campaigns, bringing your creativity to the table whenever needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives to contribute to the overall success of Wahi.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in planning and executing customer journey maps, tracks, and triggers
- A self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating in an agile/sprint environment while managing competing tasks and prioritizing accordingly
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, understanding the nuances of customer communication in the digital real estate sector, particularly in lead nurturing.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
- Experience in the real estate or property tech industry is a plus.

Salary listed is base, there is also a bonus and LTIP (after a year) with this role.
