Paralucent is seeking a talented Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to engage customers throughout their lifecycle with our company.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for optimization and personalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Marketer with lifecycle marketing experience Can do program level strategy & planning - client journeys & personalization design Experience with managing implementation/execution of client journeys (e.g., in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platform)

Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid / occasionally working on site)

+6 years** of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing
- Hands-on experience with **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**, **HubSpot**, or **Marketo**
- Strong skills in **segmentation**, **personalization**, and A/B testing
- Familiar with **data analysis tools** (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Experience using **customer data platforms (CDPs)** or CRM-integrated tools
- Ability to design, implement, and optimize **multi-touch lifecycle programs**
- Strong understanding of **customer journey strategy**, onboarding flows, and loyalty campaigns
- Bonus: Experience with **SMS**, **push notifications**, or in-app messaging platforms
