**Role Overview**
This position is a **key sales and trading role for a new growth project**, focused on developing new factories, customers, and business opportunities across the North American market.
In addition to B2B sales, the role will **support raw material sourcing and supplier coordination**, working closely with internal teams to bring new business from sourcing and development through to execution and delivery.
**What You’ll Do**
- Develop new customers and business opportunities for **recycled plastic pellets, PMMA, and modified plastic compounds**:
- Actively prospect and onboard new factories, end-users, and distribution partners
- Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups
- Build and manage a new-project sales pipeline
- **Assist with raw material sourcing**, including identifying suppliers, coordinating specifications, and supporting purchasing activities
- Work closely with sourcing, logistics, pricing, and operations teams to support deal execution
- Monitor North American market trends, customer demand, and competitive activity
- Drive new project growth with a results-oriented mindset
**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **2 years of B2B sales experience** (plastics, raw materials, chemicals, or industrial products preferred)
- Experience in plastics trading, distribution, **or raw material sourcing/purchasing** is an asset
- Strong ability to develop new business while managing customer relationships
- Understanding of trading workflows, including coordination between sales and supply
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to the **United States and Mexico**:
- **English is required** as the primary working language

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
