Job Summary
Orbis Express is looking for a Sale Representative to support the pursuit of new sales leads and maintain strong sales from existing accounts. The Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Director. Must be able to work independently and communicates with internal and external stakeholders/customers in a manner that promotes positive and respectful relationships.

$70,000/year plus commission and bonus
$500/monthly car allowance

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Sales Representative:
- Increase sales growth throughout BC, AB and Ontario
- Forge meaningful relationship with new and existing customers
- Create brand awareness in the Canadian Market
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Build Monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast
- Generate and follow through on sales leads
- Attend trade shows and key industry events
- Develop, administer and maintain a comprehensive sales and marketing program that ensures continued growth and industry leadership
- Build educated quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Monthly performance updates to the Sales Director
- Strategic execution of company initiatives, ensuring operating expenses fall within the expectations defined by the model and budget
- Act as a spokesperson for the company with the press and at industry events
- Oversee the creation and updates to brand sales and marketing assets such as presentations, brand guide, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support documents
- Negotiates prices and conditions based on the type of service offering; proposes complementary services.
- Obtains a service agreement/contract
- Anticipates evolution of customer demands and translate those into service offerings.
Job Requirements for the Sales Representative:
- Minimum years Sales and Marketing experience within transportation or logistics.
- A track record of delivering high levels for performance, quality and customer experience
- Excellent people, communication, and sales confidence, with a professional, outgoing and friendly personality
- A passion for, and experience in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with 3rd party logistics business processes and/or food & beverage distribution industry is a major asset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship building abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strategic, resourceful, & creative individual who is a proven hands-on leader that thrives in a team environment
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Energetic and professional. Natural at developing relationships and working with clients and colleagues
- Highly analytical skills but doesn't get "stuck" in the numbers; able to make data-driven decisions and apply judgement based on experience and overall knowledge of the business
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and computer (MS Office Suite) skills
