Our Canadian based Please Hold Canada Inc. is looking for Account Executives to join our virtual world where you will not only take care of existing customers but will generate new business in which generous bonuses can constantly be rewarded.

As an Account Executive, you will have that go-getter entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the initiative to exceed sales quotas and develop business relationships with all your named and new accounts.

Ideally, we are looking for seasoned B2B Account Executives where applicants need to have a proven track record of sales experience working with small to midsized companies. Experience in national account sales and management is a plus.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
- Source and communicate with potential clients to discuss their needs
- Respond to and provide Proposals to perspective clients in a timely and professional manner
- Manage, renew, and expand business services with existing clients
- Work as a partner to help clients reach their goals
- Maintain good client relationships while building new client relationships
- Ideally possess an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience
- Ideally a minimum of two years’ experience in B2B sales
- Energetic, fast leaner, and multi-task savvy
- Obsessive eye for details
- Great at learning new computer programs and technology
- Works well independently
- Excellent written and verbal skills that convey over-the-phone confidence and professionalism
- Ambitious and desire for success

The position will have a base hourly pay plus recurring commissions as rewards and bonuses. This is the kind of position that allows you to dictate your own income; true entrepreneurs will quickly see why it really is in their hands.
