**Summary**

We are looking to hire a motivated and experienced **Sales Manager** to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and oversee showroom sales performance. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader with strong closing ability and management experience who thrives in a commission-based environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive showroom and in-home sales through exceptional customer engagement and follow-up.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations on fireplaces, inserts, chimney and accessories.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Track sales performance, commissions, and reporting.
- Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle escalated customer questions or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure the showroom presentation supports a strong sales experience.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and sales management.
- Proven ability to close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a commission-based sales environment.
- Comfortable using POS systems, CRM software, and basic reporting tools.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Criminal background record check.
- Driver’s license.
- Experience in home improvement, fireplaces, HVAC, or construction-related sales is a bonus.
- Background in consultative or high-ticket sales.

Pay: $45,118.85-$75,000.00 per year
