**Duties**:

- **Merchandising and Customer Engagement**: Curate attractive product displays and provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable in-store experience.
- **Digital Marketing Expertise**: Utilize your proficiency in e-commerce and digital marketing to promote products, engage customers online, and boost brand visibility.
- **Social Media Management**: Lead the management of our social media handles, crafting engaging content and interacting with our online community.
- **E-Commerce Oversight**: Manage our online store, ensuring products are accurately listed, processing orders, and handling returns efficiently.
- **Sales and Marketing Collaboration**: Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- **Store Operations Support**: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cleanliness.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Proven experience as a Retail Associate or in a similar role
- Enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
