We are currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist with a happy-to-help attitude and a friendly demeanor
**Responsibilities including, but are not limited to**:
- Answering multi-line telephone systems and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Taking phone messages in a professional manner and ensuring proper and timely delivery
- Greeting and acknowledging customers upon arrival and exits
- Maintaining work station and keeping the area tidy
- Managing office supplies and stock levels
- Balancing and completing daily cash out for customer deposits and service payments
- Receive incoming mail and distribute, prepare outgoing mail, and courier service
- Administrative duties such as maintaining vehicle records, filing, photocopying, faxing
- Assist in accounting duties as required
