SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Co-design measurement strategies with patient partners and providers based on local priorities.
- Support OHT partners and working groups with relevant performance data.
- Oversee the Quality, Education & Evaluation Support Table and assist other groups.
- Align local reporting with provincial priorities in collaboration with Ontario Health.
- Develop and implement a performance measurement framework aligned with OHT goals.
- Monitor and report on key indicators such as health outcomes, access, and system efficiency.
- Evaluate priority initiatives to guide continuous improvement.
- Lead development of shared data infrastructure across OHT partners.
- Analyze and report on population health and service needs.
- Conduct rapid and in-depth analyses to support initiatives and planning.
- Use multiple data sources to identify trends and insights.
- Produce detailed datasets for OHT populations and providers.
- Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance with regulations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post-secondary degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Health Administration, Epidemiology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum three years’ experience in performance measurement or health data analytics, ideally in healthcare or public sector.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SAS, R, or SQL), advanced Excel techniques, interpretation and investigation of patterns in performance data.
- Experience with healthcare datasets and familiarity with Ontario’s health system sectors and performance indicators.
- Demonstrated understanding of population health management frameworks, approaches to performance measurement and quality improvement methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security legislation (e.g., PHIPA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
- Commitment to equity, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement.
- Bilingual (French/ English) required.

BENEFITS AND SALARY:

- Annual salary between $70 170 and $84 505
