**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the movement of containers between ports and customer locations.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and shipping companies to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor and track shipments using logistics software and tools.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to shipments (bills of lading, customs paperwork, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop relationships with clients and vendors to foster communication and collaboration.
- Analyze and optimize routes for cost and time efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in drayage, logistics, or transportation dispatching is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in logistics software (Trinium) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with container operations and port procedures is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
