**Work Schedule **:Monday to Friday : 5:30am to 1:30pm

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the movement of trucks, flow of traffic in the yard
- Assist with dispatching in the office as needed
- Physically inspect each container entering the yard (100 to 200 containers per day)
- Complete the physical inspection of the containers
- Complete the conformity verification of the containers
- Enter the container data into the company's internal system
- Ensure customer service with the suppliers and truck drivers

**Required Qualifications**:

- Good working knowledge of computers
- Writes and speaks fluent English
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, extremely precise and meticulous
- Able to work under stress
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Great customer relationship and communication skills
- Able to prioritize workload
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle (the terminal is not accessible by public transportation)
