Customer Service Representative (CSR) At Willwerth Promotions Inc. we work with leading companies to provide them with personalized promotional products to support executing effective marketing initiatives. If you already have promotional products experience, that is a huge plus.What you'll be doing:As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be responsible for WOWing our clients with superior customer service. You'll be assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, providing product suggestions, detailed information, product samples, pricing and quotes, and coordinating guaranteed on-time delivery. You'll also gather any artwork/decoration details for flawless branded promotional products. Essentially, you will support the sales team in selling products and services to new and existing customers, managing back-end tasks relating to the fulfilment of client purchases. You will be working with some of the most exciting and recognized brands in North America and you are responsible for customer satisfaction and for the delivery of commitments made by the company. Much of your day is spent communicating with your customers to solve their challenges and interacting with our suppliers and internal resources to build the right solutions for our customers. These duties may include:
- Track orders through to completion, collecting payments using following required clients' invoicing procedures.* Effectively communicate with vendors and internal customers regarding samples, order status, and resolution of problems.* Responsible for meeting and maintaining performance objectives and goals.* Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.* Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.* Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows. What you bring to the table:You need to like people, be outgoing, proactive, have a flair for shopping and/or merchandising, and you need to be tightly organized. No two days are ever the same in this role, so you need to be flexible, keen to learning, and have a problem-solving mentality. Our number one focus is our customer, and because we sell together as a team, you need to be a strong team player who likes to collaborate, is respectful of the opinions of others, and is not afraid to bring new ideas to the table. You need to have a drive to succeed for your customers.* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills with a flair for sales
- A self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems and follow up with customers.* Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and execute work under tight deadlines.

- You have at least 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
