We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in our Toronto office.

Provide clients with information regarding their school student health insurance plan. This will include general plan information as well as claim inquiries.

**The Customer Service Representative will**:

- Provide claims information
- Confirm specific prescription medication coverage
- Confirm client eligibility
- Advise and communicate how to use claim plan benefits
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary

**T**o be successful **as a **Customer Service Representative **with ACL**:

- Required language proficiency (English)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of group insurance is beneficial but not required
- Some experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Good data entry and typing skills
**- Good command of English both written and oral
