**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day to provide great customer service to our clients, allowing the office to run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer and make phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments. Additional responsibilities include processing payments, banking, and handling parts delivered.
Your positive, friendly attitude should come through in all interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. You have excellent communication skills and attention to detail making sure all needs are met. You are never bored as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with.

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR**
Superb customer service skills
Must love talking to people
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with mínimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Resourceful and able to maintain poise and professionalism under pressure.
Proven ability to succeed in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
