**Job Purpose**:
Responsibilities include maintaining office equipment, and coordinating office events. As part of their duties, they may also schedule appointments, manage office supplies, conduct some HR related duties and handle inside sales duties, as required.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

**Essential Duties**:

- Handling telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors
- Oversee kitchen supplies, office supplies - ordering, maintain stock
- Order, organize catering
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, create agendas
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
- Organize and maintain both paper and electronic files
- Participate in lead generation strategies, such as creating a list of potential customers for the sales team
- Maintain a log of customers that have been contacted, the outcome of each interaction and issues that need to be flagged for follow up
- Ability to resolve work related problems
- Mail distribution, data entry and filing
- Administrative and HR support, as required
- Assist in the implementation of an HRIS system and maintain all updates once a system is in place
- Monitor all attendance issues for employees, including adjusting time, approving timecards regarding personal and sick time
- Assist in the recruitment efforts, when required
- Work in compliance with Health & Safety rules and regulations and participate in meetings as required
- Maintain the relevant mandatory training schedules for all company personnel
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
The Office Coordinator should possess strong organizational skills as well as leadership abilities. They should also be able to handle administrative tasks, such as record keeping, data entry, and filing. Moreover, they should have experience managing office budgets and coordinating events and have knowledge of basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and other systems as required.

**Educational Requirements**:
**Education/Certification/Training required**:

- Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Business

**Work Experience Requirements**:

- Knowledge of general office duties, administrative support

**Technical requirements**:
**Equipment**:

- Standard office equipment, ie: computer, phone and photocopier

**Software**:

- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR/CRM and relevant software is an asset

**Working Conditions**:
There is low risk of exposure to fumes, noxious odors, dusts, lighting extremes or any other adverse working conditions.

PPE required for any factory activity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
