**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with Blüm's educational standards.
- Facilitate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess and monitor students's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding their child's development and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

**Skills**
- Strong background in early childhood education with experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Proficient in computer operation for administrative tasks and educational tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their development.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Level 3 ECE from the Government of Alberta
- Police Clearance Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- First Aid & CPR Training
- Montessori certification an asset but not a requirement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.25-$21.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
