**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all children, including those with disabilities.
- Utilize effective time management skills to organize daily activities, ensuring smooth transitions between lessons and playtime.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and any incidents that may occur during class.
- Foster positive relationships with children by being approachable, empathetic, and responsive to their needs.
- Incorporate bilingual communication strategies as needed to support diverse learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience for children.

**Experience**
- A diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Familiarity with computerized record-keeping systems for tracking children's progress is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with families from diverse backgrounds.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their developmental journey is crucial.

Pay: $17.25-$26.65 per hour
