**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships and support children's development.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their child's growth and development.
- Utilize time management skills to plan daily activities effectively while accommodating individual children's needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for children.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and families.
- Time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse families.
- Proficiency in computer operation for administrative tasks such as record keeping and lesson planning.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their development in a supportive environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
