We are looking for casual / part time / full time Staff ( level 1, 2 and 3 )

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all children.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers on their development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and love for learning.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and behavior.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

**Requirements**:
Looking for Level 1, 2 or 3
- Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Leadership qualities to guide and inspire both children and fellow staff members.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and lesson planning.
- Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Experience working with persons with disabilities is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Pay: $15-$19 per hour (+ topup)

3 months probation.
