**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute events including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
- Gain a thorough understanding of company event packages, contracts and service offerings.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed as planned.
- Provide exceptional customer service during events, addressing any guest inquiries or issues promptly.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and maximize event offerings.
- Maintain organized records of event plans, contracts, and post-event evaluations.
- Capable of handling phone inquiries and assisting with front desk operations when required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A background in hotel operations or guest services is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
