This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will be based out of our head office in Campbell River, BC. Occasional travel to building sites will be required.
**What you will be doing**:
- Website Management: Assist with website content creation, updates, and maintenance for WestUrban’s rental properties and sub-brands;
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media campaigns for rental properties and subsidiary brands, driving engagement and brand awareness;
- Paid Advertising Support: Collaborate on paid search campaigns and analyze performance metrics to optimize results;
- Graphic Design: Assist with basic graphic design tasks to support marketing collateral and digital** assets;**:
- Community Events & Outreach: Attend and help coordinate community events and marketing activations; assist with community outreach.
**What you need to bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Fluency in website content management systems (e.g., WordPress);
- Familiarity with paid search platforms including Google Ads and Meta;
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on messaging and goals;
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and project updates to team members and leadership;
- Ability to address concerns or feedback constructively, whether from colleagues, customers, or community stakeholders;
- Ability to assess priorities, anticipate challenges, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
**What do we offer you?**

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 depending on experience. We also provide:
