**About OSCP**
OSCP is a fabless, Canadian company whose technology portfolio focuses on photonic integrated sensors for navigation of autonomous vehicles.
OSCP is presently looking for an Office Administrator to support the Montreal management team and staff as we roll out our technology to customers in the automotive, drone and aerospace industries. The person who will be successful in this role should have strong personal skills, as well as versatility and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
**Key Qualifications**
- Document Management
- Formatting and proofing reports, training materials, proposals, marketing materials, etc.
- Inserting headers and footers, table of contents, footnotes
- Formatting tables
- Maintaining electronic filing system
- Printing, collating and binding documents
- Data entry
- Receiving and recording documents and testing materials
- Assist in creation and modification of marketing materials
- Shipping and Receiving
- Preparing documents for shipping
- Creating waybills
- Tracking shipments
- Hosting Customers
- Arranging for lunches and refreshments for visitors
- Setting up meeting rooms and materials
- Answering phone sytem
**Mandatory Requirements**
- Excellent writing skills
- Advanced MS Office skills--able to work comfortably with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and QuickBooks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
- High energy level; extremely self-motivated; able to work independently
- Attention to Detail
- Able to work quickly and multi-task
- Bi-lingual preferred
**Education**:
- Diploma in Bookkeeping or Business, or 3 + years of relevant industry experience
- Visa sponsorship is not available for any position at OSCP. Applicant needs to be a permanent resident of Canada
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
