**Salary**:$18.00-$20.00 per hour

The Fine Estates Team is a dynamic and growing real estate team seeking an experienced Real Estate Administrative Assistant. Our team is driven by a passion for real estate, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and agents.

**Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred**
- Previous real estate administrative experience - familiar with standard real estate forms
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills - experience with Follow Up Boss, GSuite, DocuSign, Canva is an asset
- Basic understanding of NAR/MATRIX/TREB
- Demonstrated ability managing client expectations
- A basic understanding of MAC computers
- An adaptive willingness to learn accounting software program
- Secondary School education preferred.

**Some duties may include**:

- Answer phone calls
- Broker load Listings
- Input Deals into Nexone
- Greet walk-in clients, offer beverages, show them to the correct room, etc.
- Page out showing requests, confirmations and all phone messages

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with a 7-hour shift in office.
