Fabulous opportunity to work for the largest independent brokerage in Canada - Right At Home Realty, within a successful real estate team - Angelika & Associates, with convenience to utilize their support and comprehensive training.

We’re looking for a licensed full-time Real Estate Agent to join our close nit, busy real estate team with huge potential for business. Angelika Zammit - top producing agent, opened an office in a high-traffic location in Niagara-on-the-Lake, with our client base being throughout the Golden Horseshoe. We offer a supportive environment, showing and open house opportunities, in-office duty time for a unique opportunity of walk-in leads, leads and contacts, along with support from our administrator, Broker and team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service in a prompt/timely manner and actively maintain relationships clients
- Follow the team protocol and level of service
- Assist clients with determining their criteria and providing them with potential homes that meet said criteria
- Schedule and attend property showings for current or potential clients
- Oversee the buying process from offer to close, ensuring client satisfaction
- Host/assist with open houses
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Stay informed about market trends, property values and industry regulations
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Maintain your real estate license

**Requirements**:

- Current Real Estate License
- Valid drivers license and vehicle
- Knowledge of TRESA Guidelines
- Tech savy
- Professional and strong people and communication skills
- Positive attitude, excited about real estate
- Self-motivated and organized
- 3 years of previous sales experience
- Flexible availability to work with clients schedule
