We are an electrical contractor located in Cambridge looking to fill anOffice Administrator position in our office.
Hours of Work: Can be Part time to start leading to full time
Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, forward phone calls, take messages
- Provide information to customers regarding service calls, office information, etc.
- Schedule appointments with customers on daily basis
- Scheduling of employees daily schedule
- Invoicing customers
- Work closely with owners of the company
- Maintain social media accounts
Job Requirements:
- Good to exceptional computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management
- Professional
- Drivers license
- Key holder
We are looking for someone who can work well independently, as well as take direction from others and work as part of the team. The successful applicant should also possess the willingness and ability to learn computer programs and implement them as required. Will be required to submit customer invoices through Quickbooks Online. Quickbooks experience preferred but not a requirement.
