**About Us**:

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager who has worked with governmental contracts and specifications within Canada, including municipal, regional, and public bodies like Metrolinx, MTO, and Toronto Housing.

**Civil Infrastructure Projects may include**:

- Roads and highways
- Bridges and tunnels
- Public transit
- Wastewater and stormwater management
- Landfills and recycling facilities
- Environmental remediation
- Parks and green spaces
- Building and transportation facilities
- Sidewalks and streetscapes
- Retaining walls and barriers
- Signage and lighting
- Servicing
- Grading and earthworks

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver quality projects on time.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct project meetings and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage risks and issues that arise during the project life cycle.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications and company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil infrastructure projects.
- Extensive experience with governmental contracts and specifications within Canada (e.g., municipal, regional, public bodies like Metrolinx, MTO, Toronto Housing).
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Ontario building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
