**Order Fulfillment and Project Management Co-ordinator - Responsibilities**:
**Customer Facing**:

- Providing regular reports to customers for ongoing freight movements
- Analyze inventory data, on-time performance delivery, and costs negotiation rates with customers and third-party carriers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Review and establish proper inventory levels that minimize carrying costs while providing excellent customer service.
- Proactively communicate service risks to customers to provide proper resolution.

**Internal Support and Coordination**
- Overseas Production Order management based on immediate requirement with urgency and linked to Customer Order expectation.
- Direct and organize logistics activities such as obtaining shipment rates, negotiating with logistics service providers, tracking, and expediting shipments, and solving any discrepancy of quality, quantity, and schedule.
- Coordinate the flow of order fulfilment and restocking of inventory through inbound and outbound freight while staying abreast of daily priorities which includes minimum monthly inventory levels for key items and incorporate transportation lags.
- Manage Production Master to ensure materials are ordered in a timely manner.
- Ad hoc requests from time to time as instructed by the VP Engineering and CEO.
- Manage and cross training to support your team members (vacation coverage, etc.)

**Supplier Facing**
- Ensure the up-to-date status of supplier contracts as well as keeping track of supplier performances.
- Verify and troubleshoot any issues in shipping or customs and carrier confirmation.
- Communicate with brokers, carriers, and the customers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Planning and collaboration with core supplier and warehouse providers.
- Support lead negotiation of pricing of freight, customs & insurances.
- Initiate purchase orders & amendments for parts, services, or special tools. Arrange for submission & inspection of sample products.
- Developing strong relationships with all relevant parties including frequent engagement of key stakeholders - both customers, warehouse management and freight carriers.
- Managing project documentation such as: customs clearances, drawings, and transport permits.

**Soft Skills**
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills when managing production schedules.
- Able to understand the impact of decisions on other areas and sharing critical information on delivery targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and suppliers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- A proactive, “service-first” attitude combined with ability to work independently on projects with tight deadlines and mínimal supervision.

**Educational/Experience**
- University Degree or College Diploma
- Project Management Experience (2+ years)
- Great communication Skills
- 2+ years related work experience.

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
