**About Us**:
Rafat General Contracting is a leader in road reconstruction projects. Specializing in road construction, bridge rehabilitation, site servicing, and streetscapes, we are seeking a skilled **Project Manager** to oversee projects $10m - $50m in value.

**Position Overview**:
As a **Project Manager - Road Reconstruction**, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-value road reconstruction projects that include multi-disciplinary civil infrastructure components. You will lead teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success while adhering to tight deadlines and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee large-scale **multi-lane road reconstruction projects** exceeding $10M, including:

- Full-depth **pavement reconstruction**, grinding, and resurfacing.
- **Bridge rehabilitation and extensions**.
- **Precast box culverts** and road crossing culverts.
- **Stormwater management systems**, including oil grit interceptors and jellyfish units.

**Sanitary and watermain installation**.
- **Street lighting**, including installation on hydro pole lines.
- **Traffic signalization** and advanced streetscaping.
- **Sidewalks and multi-use paths**.
- **Creek work, stream diversions, retaining walls**, and groundwater control.
- **Intersection improvements**, vertical grade flattening, signage, and pavement marking.

Manage projects in highly urbanized areas requiring advanced traffic staging and utility coordination.

Collaborate with utility companies to protect existing infrastructure, including high-pressure gas mains and high-voltage wires.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams and specialized subcontractors to meet project objectives.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and environmental regulations.

Work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required by project demands.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in managing road reconstruction and civil infrastructure projects valued over $10M.
- Extensive knowledge of road construction methodologies, traffic staging, and utility coordination.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
