**Partnerships and Sponsorships Manager (On-site: 9300 Trans Canada Route, St-Laurent, QC, H4S 1K5)**
The Partnerships and Sponsorships Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the partnership and gift card program at Foodtastic. This role involves coordinating the sales, distribution, and tracking of gift cards, as well as providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. The Partnerships and Sponsorships Manager works closely with the Marketing department to optimize gift card sales and maintain accurate records.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Partnership and Gift Card Program Management_
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize gift card sales and profitability.
- Create and maintain effective procedures for gift card issuance, activation, and redemption.
- Monitor gift card inventory levels, ensuring an adequate supply for customer demand.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote gift cards through various channels, including online and in-store displays.
- Analyze gift card sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Sales and Distribution_
- Process gift card orders, including bulk purchases from corporate clients and individual sales to customers.
- Coordinate the distribution of gift cards to retail locations, e-commerce platforms, and other outlets.
- Provide support to retail staff in processing gift card transactions and addressing customer inquiries.
- Customer Service_
- Oversee escalated gift card issues from the customer service team.
- Assist customers with gift card inquiries, including balance checks, activation, and redemption.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints related to gift cards promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure consistent and satisfactory customer experiences.
- Reporting and Analytics_
- Maintain accurate records of gift card sales, redemptions, and financial transactions.
- Generate regular reports on gift card performance, including sales figures, redemption rates, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for increasing gift card sales and improving program efficiency.
- Compliance and Security_
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing gift card programs.
- Implement security measures to protect against fraud and unauthorized use of gift cards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to gift card programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, sales or partnerships.
- Proven experience in managing gift card programs or similar sales and marketing roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to gift card management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to gift card programs is a plus.
