Job Duties
- Prepare the employee work schedule ensuring that the company is properly staffed to handle the customer load
- **Must be familiar with Work safe bc regulations** and maintain proper safety & regulation for employees
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- When necessary, resolve customer concerns to the customer’s satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Manage team of 15 peopledaily operationsincluding the implementation of new corporate strategies and operational processes
- Develop plans to accomplish long and short-term goals for the Shop.
- Work with reporting personnel to accomplish established goals toward the continuance and the growth of the Shop.
- Address challenges, issues and opportunities in a direct, timely and constructive manner
- Lead new employees through onboarding and orientation with respect to payroll setup, time and materials reports, and other pertinent operations reports.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Basic Bookkeeping duties such as processing cheques, daily cash management, Invoicing
- Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to multi task and maintain high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an office environment is preferred
- Previous experience in Glass Manufacturing company would be an asset
- 4 year degree in Business management would be an asset
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures is must

Salary : $22-$25 / hr
