**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Completes Office book keeping using quickbooks
- Supports safety site audits by travelling to the site
- Oversee and manage administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the office including eform submissions, dispatch support and audit support.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems for easy access to documents and records.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines are met and objectives achieved.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Access for data management and reporting purposes.
- Provide leadership and support to administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for senior management.
- Maintain office supplies; inventory and order as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and documentation for meetings.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Language**:
- English fluently (required)
