**Role Overview**:
As a Junior Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and forging strong partnerships within the food industry. You will work closely with our dynamic team of technology experts and restaurant industry professionals to introduce our cutting-edge solutions to prospective clients, guiding them from initial contact through to successful onboarding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients within the food service industry, including ghost kitchens, food courts, and multi-brand operations.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Present NextGen Kitchens' software solutions to prospects through demonstrations and discussions, highlighting the benefits and value propositions tailored to their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the technology or food service sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the transformation of the food service landscape through technology.

**Salary**: $52,307.12-$79,285.50 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
