**REQUIRED AVAILABILITY**

You must have full availability every day from Tuesday to Saturday between 11 am and 9:30 pm. to work the morning or evening shift and occasional full days.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Operate dough sheeter

Do some light cooking; prepare some items from scratch

BBQ meat on wood fired grill

Prepare and bag food orders

Process and prepare online food delivery orders

Operate Point of Sale system: accurately enter orders and process payments

Take phone orders

Perform inventory checks and ensure that there is sufficient quantity of food, packaging, etc. at all times

Perform closing tasks, including food removal and storage, next-day inventory top up, dishwashing, sweeping, trash removal, etc.

Maintain cleanliness and health and safety standards at all times

**EXPERIENCE**

preparing and assembling food orders in a quick service restaurant

cooking using kitchen equipment such as dough sheeter, flat stove, deep fryer, mandolin

live fire grilling

kneading, and stuffing dough

weighing out food portions; operating vaccum sealer

cashier/point of sale system

processing online delivery orders such as Skip the Dishes

able to multi-task and work under time pressures without becoming overwhelmed

able to follow directions, take initiative and assemble orders quickly and accurately

**Physically fit**:
able to walk, stand in place and perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods

able to lift, move and carry items up to 50 lbs., including up and down a flight of stairs

**ASSETS**

experience cooking West Indian dishes

valid food handler’s certification

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
