As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented International Freight Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information regarding international freight shipments.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, customs, and rates) to ensure the smooth movement of freight.
- Book, track, and manage shipments through the CargoWise system.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documents.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, including delays, damages, or missing cargo.
- Provide proactive updates to clients regarding the status of their shipments.
- Maintain and update customer records within the CargoWise system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, including customs requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics customer service.
- Strong experience with **CargoWise** software (mandatory).
- Excellent bi-lingual verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs documentation, and freight procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience is required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of air and ocean freight processes.
- Experience with import/export regulations and customs clearance procedures.

Alors que nous continuons à développer nos opérations, nous recherchons un(e) Représentant(e) du Service Client pour le Fret International, motivé(e) et soucieux(se) du détail, pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Répondre aux demandes des clients et fournir des informations précises et opportunes concernant les expéditions de fret international.
- Coordonner avec les départements internes (opérations, douanes et tarifs) pour assurer le bon déroulement des expéditions.
- Réserver, suivre et gérer les expéditions via le système CargoWise.
- Préparer et examiner la documentation d'expédition, y compris les factures, les connaissements et les documents douaniers.
- Résoudre tout problème ou écart lié aux expéditions, y compris les retards, les dommages ou la perte de cargaison.
- Fournir des mises à jour proactives aux clients concernant l'état de leurs expéditions.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers clients dans le système CargoWise.
- Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services.
- Garantir la conformité aux réglementations internationales d'expédition, y compris les exigences douanières.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du transit de fret international ou du service client en logistique.
- Solide expérience avec le logiciel CargoWise (obligatoire).
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, bilingue.
- Forte capacité à résoudre les problèmes et attention aux détails.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
- Connaissance des réglementations internationales d'expédition, des documents douaniers et des procédures de fret.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à prioriser efficacement.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Expérience préalable requise.

**Compétences préférées**:

- Connaissance des processus de fret aérien et maritime.
- Expérience avec les réglementations d'import/export et les procédures de dédouanement.
