Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the Manager, Customer and Consumer, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for directly supporting our resellers, assisting customers, handling claims and resolving complaints.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
**Workplace**: 5600, Côte-de-Liesse Road, Montreal, Quebec in hybrid mode (minimum (2) twice a week at the office).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Answer customer calls and follow-ups.
Enter orders (regular and store openings).
Follow-up on proofs of delivery.
Daily follow-up with operations teams.
Contact head offices to manage expectations and delivery dates.
Answer calls from representatives on the road.
Contact with transport companies.
Daily verification of integrity reports.
Process credit notes for returns, damaged goods, and losses.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
College diploma in administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in customer service.
Good knowledge of MD Office.
Bilingualism, both spoken and written, as you will be interacting with various internal partners and customers across Canada.
Knowledge of JDE, an asset.
Experience in the cosmetics industry, an asset.
