**Bilingual Customer Service Representative **(English and French)**

**About us and the Role**:
MVP Group is dedicated to being a leader in the food service industry while maintaining the highest level of customer service. MVP Group’s products can be found in every facet of the food service industry, hotels, restaurant, schools, government institutions, churches, pubs, and golf courses. Our products are currently being used in Subway restaurants worldwide, Burger King, as well as Marriott and Best Western Hotels to name a few.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Resolves product and/or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintains a high level of professionalism with customers
- Serves customers by providing product and service information
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information in database
- Maintains customer records during and after each call by updating account information in database
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

**Your Skills and Abilities**:

- Bilingual (French and English)
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Maintains a high level of professionalism with customers
- Customer service and Problem-solving skills
- Active listener
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Focus in a fast-paced environment
- Analyzing information
- Efficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Sage, etc.
- Ability to multitask

**Additional Details**:

- 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Day shift.
- Full Benefits Package - After 3-month probationary period.
- Casual dress code
- On-site parking
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: $40,000.00 to $43,000.00 /year as per experience
